Hi! In anticipation of the upcoming 1/2 marathon, I will be teaching yoga for runners (and others). It starts next Sunday 2/7 at 5:50 pm and runs
through the week of the race. I think the race is on Sunday and if so, the last class will be the Saturday prior.
The cost is $40 for four weeks, $70 for all eight weeks or a $12 drop in rate.
I will be following the New York Runner Club's yoga format. It would be great to have each of you there. If you plan to come and have an issue (or an injury) you want to work on or some worries about the class, please email me.
The primary focus of this series is hamstrings, low back, calves and quads. You do not have to be a runner to enjoy this series.
