yoga for runners (and others)

Hi!  In anticipation of the upcoming 1/2 marathon, I will be teaching yoga for runners (and others).  It starts next Sunday 2/7 at 5:50 pm and runs through the week of the race.  I think the race is on Sunday and if so, the last class will be the Saturday prior.

The cost is $40 for four weeks, $70 for all eight weeks or a $12 drop in rate.

I will be following the New York Runner Club's yoga format.  It would be great to have each of you there.  If you plan to come and have an issue (or an injury) you want to work on or some worries about the class, please email me.

The primary focus of this series is hamstrings, low back, calves and quads.  You do not have to be a runner to enjoy this series.

Namaste'

Jennifer

Hi would you mind letting me know which web host you're working with? I've loaded your blog in 3 different browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you recommend a good web hosting provider at a reasonable price? Many thanks, I appreciate it!

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Cheers!

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing many months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any solutions to stop hackers?
